What to Expect
Through Bible stories teaching how people changed things for the better and a cast of relatable characters, kids will learn to celebrate that they are beloved children of God - just as they are. Children will practice sharing what they have, finding their community, and using their voice for others.
❋ Intentional Structure
Our differences make us beautiful – not better or worse than anyone else! Just Like Me teaches children how the intersections of our identities help us to understand and move through the world in different ways, and grounds those identities in biblical stories, lived experiences, and a theology of compassion.
❋ Expert Facilitation
Our volunteer leaders are experienced working with children, and parents can feel comforted that all have passed an extensive background check!
❋ Inspirational Music
The songs children will learn are fun and inspiring, sure to be something they want to listen to again and again!
❋ Three Days of Fun
From the opening assemble to the closing celebration, your kids are sure to have a blast learning how God has made each one of us unique, and our differences are beautiful!
Family Dinner
Families are invited to join their children after the closing assembly for a free family dinner on Friday and Saturday night! RSVP in the registration if you’d like to join us!
Worship Participation
All VBS participants are invited to join us in worship to sing, then head to our Children’s ministry area to continue VBS lessons.
Closing Celebration
Sunday night at 4, families are invited back for an end of VBS/end of summer celebration. We’ll have a bounce house and lots of yummy food!

Arrive at the sanctuary entrance for check-in, we’ll begin promptly at 4:00pm
